UCITS IV

At a European level, the UCITS IV provisions are now largely in place and consist of 3 European Commission Directives, 2 Regulations, and CESR's Level 3 Guidelines. Member States must now transpose these provisions into national law and implement them by 1 July 2011.

How we are supporting our clients
